PC servicing / repair doesn’t just mean hardware failure and hardware support. Many times computers break down due to software problems or software/driver incompatibility.

Many problems can be fixed/solved onsite. However the more extensive/complex jobs may have to be carried out at our workshop. If this is the case, your PC will be returned back to you at the earliest possible time. Most callouts are carried out the very same day, otherwise within a 48hour period, this of course depending on our workload.
Whether your PC problem is hardware or software related, a technician will call out at your home/premises with all required tools and testing hardware. The problem will be determined and explained to you in plain English and what has to be done to rectify it. You will be given a quote and an estimated time frame.

DATA BACKUP
We take data backup very seriously! This means that any data you wish to keep will be backed up before any work is carried out on the system. This can include backing up documents, pictures, music, emails, address book etc. We also have facilities to attempt to recover data in case you have lost or accidentally deleted something important. We can quickly cost up any upgrade, whether it be to improve your system or the start of a new computer. Now we can even improve your Laptops battery life by fitting a Solid State Drive (SSD)
